    The installation was quick and not messy at all. The service was great, no complaints. But when I had to move out and wanted to cancel, the rep informed me that I would be charged for the whole month even though the service would be discontinued. That is because I only had the internet service but not a bundle. I thought it to be an extremely unfair policy and proceed with my request to cut the service without any charges. Had to spend some time and energy to convince the rep to make a manual adjustment to my account. Got it done but hmmm got me to question the trustworthiness of Verizon...

    Our area only have DSL choice, no other higher speed internet choices like fiber or ethernet. They do not give discount for royal customers and regually raise the cost but I could not complain because I live in a rural area, I do not have other choices. I am glad I can have thr dry loop internet only service with Verizon for $46.99 per month. Not fast speed, only DSL but it is good enough for me to steam movies. Cable is too expensive and not reliable.
