I use this ISP because there is nothing else available in my area. The pricing is not great, and there are many service disruptions throughout the year. However, service disruption are fixed relatively quickly. Customer service is friendly but not very knowledgeable about technical problems. Whenever a problem occurs, this ISP wishes to send out a technician, even when the problem is obviously due to something like a billing error.

I HAVE AT&T FOR A LONG TIME AND IT WAS REALLY A GOOD AND REPUTABLE COMPANY BUT AS YEARS GONE BY, THE SIGNAL GOT WORSE. IT SEEM VERY SLOW NOW NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE WHICH IS FAST. I've been with COX for well over 10 years now. If you know and remember to call every year to renegotiate contracts, you can maintain a pretty low price on internet. The speed is excellent 99% of the time, the 1% of the time where it lags due to network outage is a small nuisance for how cheap the internet is for the speed.
