If I could give 0 stars I would, they “chose” my backyard to install the main box in, destroyed a main sprinkler line, played the “blame game” about who broke it so nobody ever reimbursed us for fixing it, they are CONSTANTLY demanding access to my backyard to get to the box. My husband let one of their salesman talk him into getting their service (he didn’t realize they are directly tied to Century Link, so the box in the backyard IS there’s), the salesman outright lied to my husband stating that “no they wouldn’t need access to our backyard for installation and that the box isn’t “theirs” when in fact it is and the install went not only to that box, but they had to bury a line across my entire back yard, drill holes in my house, and had no regard to the plants they were stepping all over in my flowerbed while doing the work. I am currently looking for a different provider so I can cancel them and ship their stuff back. The service goes down no less than 3 times a day, the speed is worse than slow, their IT services provide nothing but excuses. We have had them less than a month and I refuse to stay, I guess you get what you pay for, although the price is low the quality is lower than low. If you are considering Quantum Fiber all I can say is RUN don’t walk away from them and go with absolutely any other provider.

Worst service ever. Their installation is a joke. They have no regard for a neighborhood,. They just barge in, take over, ruin yards, install overhead lines with no care, concern or common sense. Based on other reviews of how good their service is, and previous CenturyLink experience, I would never do business with Quantum.

Worse than Comcast and that's hard to do, we do not think there is much (Dumpy Trump) worse than this corp. Everything goes pretty much as expected until your hardware fails. then watch out. They will play every game in the book from no shows, but I knocked but no one answered, its a no show, CYA to get this. 19+ days no internet, finally the dog rats out the clown coming up the drive, and Quantum tell me I have to go to the house where their equipment is, and make an appointment with that homeowner for Quantum to appear for repair, I do not work for them also I have not the slightest idea which house (over there) he talking about, I do not know those folks. Also I do not make up this service persons schedule, I do not know his supervisor WHAT THE HELL????? Why can't he do this, because he F---- lazy and stupid. We quite, took shit off the wall and sent back, never to trust this crap corp again. Now we are back with Comcast and hating every minute of it. A city the size of Denver and the best they can offer are the two crappiest providers on the planet. We have tried there are just no good options. But Quantum is the worst.

When digging for their lines the were incompetent. They hit our underground utility and knocked the power out for several hours. The local power company had to send several trucks out to fix what they broke. When the power came back on one of my major appliances did not come back on. The foreman stated it was their fault and they would replace my appliance. After filing a claim the company decided they will not be responsible for their actions. This is not the first time they did this. It has happened in another local community. They lie and damage property. BEWARE!

Quantum Fiber is dogsh**. As others have said-- when the service is working, it's fine, the price has stayed consistent like they said-- but when it comes to scheduling ANY kind of work, it's just bullsh**, bullsh**, bullsh**.
I had a power outage two days ago-- all the 360 pods that were plugged into the wall just stopped working entirely without explanation. The tech on the phone was an idiot and completely unhelpful. I might also add, that his very thick accent made him nearly unintelligible-- and I say that as someone who is pro-immigrant.
Today, I had the fourth pod that was still working just quit on me, without further explanation.
Is this planned obsolescence? How can all 4 pods they gave me stop working within the same span of 2 days?
I f***ing hate Comcast and went with Quantum just so I wouldn't feed the greedy and notoriously antagonistic Comcast, but Quantum is nearly just as bad. I hate ISPs, and if anyone can suggest one that won't f**k me like Comcast or Quantum, that would be great.

When I signed up at $70 a month I was told the price would never change fifteen months later they raised it to $80 a month
When I called and complained, and i was promised it would never change they said I was not signed up for a price for life i said, okay, can I get signed up for that they said I will have to cancel and turn in all my equipment. And get a new installation,
This company does not keep their word when they tell you the price will not change don't believe them

Quantum decided the fiber pedestal needed to be in my backyard. During initial rollout they destroyed so much property in my neighborhood. After about 20 interactions with their sub-sub-contractors, I will NEVER do business with Quantum. Now the installers need access to my backyard anytime someone on my street orders service - TWO different days. They just show up without notice and expect unlimited immediate access to my LOCKED backyard. In most cases I can't communicate with them - they do not speak English. I would be happy to grant access if they would make an appointment, or I could leave it unlocked if I know when they are coming. They NEVER tell me in advance that they need access to my backyard. If you think Xfinity is bad, wait until you interact with Quantum/CL and their sub-sub-contractors.

Customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever seen, the guys that came and installed it talked up and down about how much better this was going to be but the service drops out multiple times a day and watching live tv will require the stream to have to buff multiple times. 90 gig game took over 24 hours to download
