Too expensive for me and from what I was told that was the only option they had that came with a $300 virtual gift card promotion. 2 months later I found out that I was denied the rebate because of an ineligible rate! A sales rep is the one who set up my internet acct and I did not change a thing but still lost. I just need a great internet provider so I can continue to work from home.

Currently using mobile network for tablet and phone. Service is great for the most part. if I have issues that cannot be resolved online, then by phone, and finally if still unresolved. There's usually a local office. So happy with customer service too. Unfortunately home Internet is not available in my area.

I have nothing to really say about T-Mobile because of the fact that they have a problem with latency when it comes to gaming on multiple systems and the router is supposed to be able to connect up to 64 devices at a time but it's bad with just 4 devices hooked up

First they screwed me on our phone service forcing me to go elsewhere and screwed me on the home 5g internet can't play switch online which despite huge numbers of other people having the same problems they blame nintendo yet the switch connects just fine to other internet services what a JOKE OF A COMPANY

A lot of buffering during streaming. A hell of a lot of long buffering during Eagles games. I can get my email on my phone But not on my computer. Whether or not that is due to the router I don't know. I can get my alternate email up.

Pricing keeps going up. Started out at $50/mo ... Now they say we owe $160 and we've only had service for a month! Ridiculous!

Internet never higher than two bars and drops out completely 2-3 times PER HOUR. Cell coverage drops out during EVERY CALL. T-mobile service person said “nearby schools soak up all bandwidth.” The worst service possible! Am shopping now.
