You will get good value for the internet speed you’re buying. AT&T Fiber’s advantage is that their fiber connections give you equal download and upload speeds. So, even if AT&T Fiber and a cable provider offer you the same price for a speed they both call “300 Mbps,” you will not be getting the same speeds from fiber and cable providers. All cable internet may have high download speeds, but has much slower upload speeds (usually around 10-20 Mbps). AT&T Fiber will give you the same upload speed as your download speed for your monthly price. Having upload speed equal to your download speed can make a big difference for real-time activities such as video streaming and gaming. Fiber also offers low latency, which you’ll see in a ping test. So overall, you are getting more for your money with a fiber internet plan, even when fiber and cable plans advertise the same prices and download speeds. There’s one drawback to AT&T’s pricing. AT&T’s copper-wired service (DSL/ IPBB) is priced at around the same as its first-tier fiber plan. This price is higher by Mbps given that copper service is much slower and less reliable than fiber. I was lied to about the service that I was going to get if I switched to AT&T so I switched and all I got was nothing bit a bigger bill and no internet service, the regional manager that came to my house would not and did not answer my questions as to why he lied to me, I would not recommend AT&T to anyone they are liars and poor poor extremely poor costumer service at this point I rather not have service than to stay with AT&T I am so disappointed with them I am not going to stay with their service I rather send smoke signals to communicate than to use AT&T they suck I think that they have a lot of money already they don't need to lie to people just take the little money we have SHAME ON YOU AT&T. I WILL NEVER EVER NEVER USE AT&T AGAIN

I have had trouble with this service off & on since I’ve had it. Starts & stops all the time. Can’t watch a movie or even a show without interruptions. I can’t wait until my subscription is over. I am changing my internet provider.

The service is fine. I just feel I'm paying way to much for what I use. I'm on a pretty fixed income and $127 a month to watch a couple movies and play a match three game, is a bit too much.

Their customer service is a five star compared to Verizon that I would give a one and a half star.! After a negotiation of a $60 rebate it’s still $99 a month. 100% more than what I could get it for.! I use a couple cell phones and a 32 inch Roku TV and they tell me I’m running in the top 20% of usage and they keep slowing me down! I’m at 5 GB for 5 MB today and yesterday I was at 10??? But their service over the telephone is top-notch! There is no lies. There is only the attempt to help! I can’t get their apps to work on my cell phone very well so I can’t keep up with security. And they don’t offer a full security package in my area! They’re just stopped slowing it down I would overlook the price. That’s how bad the service is with those big T-Mobile and Verizon! Just horrible customer service.
