Blue Ridge Communications Internet Definitive Buyers Guide

Since changing over to this new way of providing service we have less tv/Wi-Fi time and pay more and more money! Any response to this when you call in is unplug this plug in that…..what exactly is your job? I have a job! Further more I pay you! Not to mention this usually happens at the punch lines at the most inconvenient time! I spend more time looking at circles! The little black boxes were the best……when something works you don’t fix it!

I've had no problems with them. Internet rarely goes down.
