Service Electric Broadband Cable Internet Definitive Buyers Guide

I have been an SCTV Cable Internet customer for about 3-4 years and have nothing but good things to say about it's performance, reliability, speed, equipment, and customer service. The setup was easy and we got the equipment we needed with no problems. (We decided to rent the modem router, not purchase our own. The cost is very reasonable.) We have had only a handful of outages in those years, and every one of them were very brief. Their pricing is reasonable compared to other companies. I just spoke with their Billing department to make a change to our account. I got a real human being very quickly. She verified my account and made the change while we were talking, and was very professional and helpful.

I enjoy their internet service. I have no problem with them. They have not been able to use only once in 6 months. They just cost a little bit too much.
