I am sick to DEATH of internet companies guaranteeing a lower price for wifi for a limited time, then raising it astronomically. My RCN monthly payment just went from $57 to $100 for the same exact service, which lags constantly. Not gamers, no more than 4 devices used at one time, 110 mbps. Same issue with Spectrum a few years ago, and the provider before that. This is just another way corporate America is capitalizing on services that should be free to anyone who can purchase the equipment to access it themselves. Someone has GOT to give us a break.

It was working great until people started working from home and then it stopped working well.

Well, the RCN provider is very well known and it is some very great really great internet provider. I recommend it for new people who want some good internet.

Part of our HOA agreement. They have been generally quite good. There have been times when outages have been frequent, but that hasn't happened lately. My personal experience with customer service has been pretty good overall.

No comment other than it’s very expensive and I can’t afford to keep their services and TV service, it’s not affordable.

Service sucks in terms of getting a person on the phone (long wait times) but the speed is comparable to Verizon fios. I only have internet so I cannot speak about the cable service.

It’s fine for the most part except when I get away from the router. I get no internet when I’m away from it and I have to use my cellular data I stead.

The Internet is slow and choppy. It doesn’t work quite often in it has no range. I think that another modem would work to make it a little bit quicker, but ever since the COVID-19 lockdowns has started it has been poor.
