Poor service, poor program selection which is often wrong, more $$$-less service. Difficult to contact and get satisfactory response or assistance - shall I go on??! Already had them come out once - was okay until the tv was shut off for the night - back to the same lousy service next morning. I am a homebound senior - my Husband passed and I rely on accurate tv for day to day information and entertainment. I don’t get that now from Ben Lomand. Would never recommend their service.
