they raise their prices by a huge amount every year. they want to charge you if a service man comes out. they don't have help line workers that are knowledgeable about problems and then just send worker out for no reason and then charge you for nothing as the worker only knows about the line outside and very little about the boxes or lines in your house.

Significant price increase when promotional period is over. They will not offer anything less even when called. Services goes out intermittently. Techs are quick to come out and generally helpful. The speed is iffy. I've never received quite exactly what I pay for but it works for what I do.

Often they arent truthful about their prices and speeds. Also they dont work with you at all if something comes up and youre late on paying your bill. They dont care and they will shut it off. They dont even bother sending out any kind of cut off notices, even during the current virus epidemic. That is why Im currently looking for a new provider.
