Frontier's service is pretty reliable with very little down time. If I do have a problem their customer service is very well trained and can usually solve the problem with minimal effort.

FIOS under Verizon was sold off to Frontier and has never quite worked as efficiently since the takeover. It may be in part due to a lack of replacing or upgrading existing infrastructure. In all fairness, some of the slow down should be attributed to the massive amount of internet traffic since COVID-19. The global internet is powerful to be sure, but I don't believe it was designed to handle the volume of simultaneous activity that is going on now.
