I use this ISP because there is nothing else available in my area. The pricing is not great, and there are many service disruptions throughout the year. However, service disruption are fixed relatively quickly. Customer service is friendly but not very knowledgeable about technical problems. Whenever a problem occurs, this ISP wishes to send out a technician, even when the problem is obviously due to something like a billing error.

I HAVE AT&T FOR A LONG TIME AND IT WAS REALLY A GOOD AND REPUTABLE COMPANY BUT AS YEARS GONE BY, THE SIGNAL GOT WORSE. IT SEEM VERY SLOW NOW NOT LIKE IT USE TO BE WHICH IS FAST. ONE MORE THING, THEY ADVERTISE PROMOS LIKE BOGO BUT WON'T FULFILL THEM. I HAD READ A LOT OF PEOPLE COMPLAINING ABOUT THESE SITUATIONS AND I EXPERIENCED THEM TOO.

AT&T's television offering is the best of the companies. We had to leave to them the last time because when our contract time was up the raised the prices so much we couldn't afford them. They have the best TV offering and setup way over their competition, because the competition is terrible. Their internet is a little slow, but we can live with it. If only their upper management had a clue, they would keep us for a customer for a long time. We will see when our contract is up in October. They know this is a problem but they never do anything about it.
